catching fish

On Wednesday the whole school went to the pt England beach to catch some little tiny baby flounder, to keep them save so they will grow up.  The year 7 and 8 went to catch them with a net but we are not going to eat them. They are going to keep them save. We are going to keep them in a big, big, big tank. There is going to be some water but the water is sea water because all fish can only breathe in that kind of water. There is a school that is coming to our school to help us to catch some of the fish too. When we got there we sang a lots of waiata to the people  who were  catching the fish.


When we all finished sing a song we sang  another song  it was called ko te whaea. Then we sang  Whakataka te hau  and the whole school has been learning this song to sing to the people that are catching the fish.  All the year 5 ,6. 4,3,2,1 were not allowed  to catch the fish because they are to little but they will get a turn to catch  fish when they  are a year 7 and 8. Then we sang our last song and went back to school. and when i we went  i felt so happy to go .

My rocket ship looks like a beehive. At the bottom it looks

like some robot feet from a movie. In  the  middle there is a picture of ready jet go! It was  part of the game. Then I put a nose cone on it, the nose   cone is Gray and a robot head. The buster are blue and a little bit red.  The body colour is yellow with Gray on the sides. It’s  super powers is super invisibility .

It is the day of the take off to a  planet. When I walk to my rocket ship I feel so nervous. When I get into my rocket ship I  shake as like a

Well I think I should what and see .Now It is the time I fly to Neptune so i jump on my rocket ship to fly to Neptune It took for a long time. But I got as soon it was night time at earth But when  I got to Neptune I could only see clouds but no ground but when my rocket ship landed i saw a candy tree it looked yummy then i went out of my rocket ship the ground  was candy floss

I said is this want Neptune looks like a candy land It looks so yummy

So I took a bit of the ground and I ate It tasted like really real candy then I said this is so  awesome .  Then I said I  wish I  could live her but then I said no I can ' not live here because I have a home in Earth and i have people  that love me so I have to go back home. So I jumped back into my rocket ship and went back to Earth .

Yesterday we jump on the bus to go to stardom because it was our team 3 Vacation and our life of the time to go on the trip .Me and julianna , Georgia had so much fun that we were laughing so much that we got to have a photo with miss Davis  then when we finish  taking  our photo  we got to stardom.

When got to stardome we got to have a big big play even there  was a flying fox it had a big set  to sit on . even i got to play on the train it was a little bit boring  for me it was a little train and people had to push the train and there was  swings and all kind of things there were cool and fun but not like the train.

When we finish playing outside  team 3 had a little thing to eat

Then we went into stardom to see all the cool things but when we got in we had to go put our bags in a here Gage because we were not allowed to eat in the stardom. And then we went in a room  to talk about our solar system. And then we got to have a really fun  quiz

Then we started to do the quiz and even

We got to have a teacher and her name was miss Davis. then the orange group started to do the quiz when the answer were coming

Up on the ipod we started to all run around crazy  like a monkey. We got all of them right because we were working together.

After all the fun we had we had to go back to school in the same bus but when we were in the bus that time  it was boring because it was tiring and hot .

my what if planet

once upon a time there was a  dwarf planet . It  was never seen by a human's but seven years ago the planet  started to move so  much that a tiny candy floss popped  out of nowhere then suddenly it became bigger and bigger and  bigger! Then it  

Exploded! Then it   became candy land but when it  exploded there was  so many popcorn

clouds that it rained for two days. It rained out so much  candy that it turned  into

A  candy floss puffy  ground. One day there were two  little kids but they were gingerbread kids  from lollipop trees. That they ate it all up  that they had nowhere to sleep nowhere to play then the clouds became angrier then it started to rain out candy that it made a candy house  so the little kids had their  own house but one day the little gingerbread kids shouted their    names out one was called julianna and the other gingerbread kid name was kharizma suddenly a alien came out from the dark side the alien threw a giant lollipop Kharizma and Julianna was distracted by the lollipop the alien threw a frisbee bomb before it hit Julianna and Kharizma a dog called flash jump and cot and catch the frisbee bomb   and  threw it away  and saved kharizma and julianna and that is the end.

Hi my name is Kharizma I am girl. I am writing this letter for you so me and you can learn about each other.  What we like to do? I wish that I knew you a lot. The Sun

the sun is the largest star in the solar system.  how ever there are many stars like it in our universe. The
earth is the right distance  from  the sun our planet is not to hot our not to cold.The  light from the sun   takes 8 minutes to reach earth and gives life to plants . astronauts  will never bale to land  on the sun
as it reach 5500 degrees Celsius one hundred times hotter  then  humans can stand . the sheer size
 of the sun gravitational pull forces  all the plants in out solar system  to orbit  aroude  it.  the sun was bone 5 10000 years ago the sun has ben  proucing   het and light for a relly long time .  

Space adventure

One day there was an  astronaut  how woke up and  got into her soti and walk to the rocket  ship and  that astronaut’s name was gabby   when she got in the rocket ship there was space food then gabby flow to

Space and she wanted to go see  a planet and hat planet that gabby wanted to see was mars  she really wanted to see it but the people that were on the mike said  no so gabby wanted to go to neptune but they said no  and they said that you might die because  there is  gas in the so gabby wanted to go to mercury

Then the people that was on the  mike said maybe so she just went to the planet  when she got there was

Aliens and gabby was so freaked out  the she said to the people that she wanted to go home but the said that we do not cantrall the rocket  ship they said that you cantrall the rocket ship and gabby  said  oh  so she put her hands on the buttons but  it did not work because the engine was broken so gabby screamed .Then gabby dropped  from the  sky and the aliens were really  nice so they  gave her some food and

They fixed her rocket ship. Then they made  her go to sleep with   there  magic. Then when she

Woke up and the caryed aliens her into the rocket and ship and gabby flew home.

room 14 making fairy bread.

On Thursday after morning tea Miss Davis came into room 14 and she said “ Wash your hands and then find a table to sit at.” Only two tables had tablecloths. Then miss Davis gave out only one glove because we didn't need that much then she gave out plates and knifes. Next Miss Davis gave out the butter so room 14 can spread it out on our bread so the sprinkles can stick  to the bread. miss Davis gave out rainbow Sprinkles then miss Davis said it looked like a waterfall when you tip it. Then she gave out pretty little   matariki   stars they looked very delicious .then miss Davis gave out food cutter . then room 14 had to to cut a beautiful  matariki  stars she said you can make 4 our 3 our you can make 1 our 2 but i wanted to eat my fairy bread .when room 14 was finished making the fairy bread we got to eat it. it was so divine but me and   Julianna  wanted to save it, so we did!

the story of tamarereti

It was a pitch black night and there was a taniwha that lived in the   lake Taupo.  There was a boy  called  Tamarereti who loved his family and he was brave. One day tamarereti checked  his kete. It was empty                                    and his belly was rumbling because he was hungry.  So tamarereti went to get some fish. So he grabbed a waka and then set off to catch some fish.

Then he caught 3 fish and when the wind dropped he fell asleep.Then the waka beached at an island and he woke up.  Then he looked in his kete and it was still full with 3 fish.

Tamarereti  knew that the taniwha was out in the sea, so he ate some fish then he fell asleep. When Tamarereti woke up there  were shiny pebbles on the sand. He threw them in his boat and set off for home.  Then Tamarereti

threw the pebbles in the sky. Then the pebbles turned into stars. Tamarereti then followed the stars home. When Tamarereti got home he went to sleep. When Tamarereti woke up there was someone waiting for him. It was

Ranginui. When Ranginui said “you have made the sky appealing” the taniwha never came back again.

On Monday  room 14 walked inside just then there were papers everywhere on the  tables. Miss Davis said two sit on  the mat to  watch a video it was about making planes. When we all finish Miss Davis said that we had to wait outside so we can start  the race.The  team that went first was blue and just then chaun won the race then it was my team's turn and  just then  Kelly won after that  it was the green groups turn Eventually Kitione won I did not believe it then it was the turquoise turn and Leigharna won suddenly I was the champion round and then Kelly won I can not believe it she won.

It was a dark night no one could see and they were scared that they might get eaten by the big

taniwha The big taniwha  was a big monster that lived in the sea. It was cranky and mean and he wanted to eat the people that lived in the village.

A boy called tamarereti was hungry so he looked In his kete and it was empty so he went to get some fish for him and his village.

When the wind stop he got tired so he fall  asleep and then the waka beached at the beach.

Then he woke up then he was hungry so he looked in his bag and his was the so he cooked it

He knew that he was going to get in trouble by his family because the taniwha is a waka.

Then he saw some pebbles then he picked some up then he put it in his waka and when he put it in his waka he set off. Then he throw the pebbles up in the sky then the Pebble were shining  like stars in the sky then he followed it home.

Then the sky was so beautiful and bright because he made it so nice.

When, where who what!

When  we  arrived  we  had to go and have a  shower then room 14  line up next to the chair. Then they called out the roll so they know who are not swimming or they are swimming .then they put us in groups and i was in Jess  group she said that we had to put our feet nice and shrat because if you don’t

You won’t go anywhere you will just stay on the same space.

that is why i can swim nice and good i like going to the pools because it is cool there. On the next monday.
